The project is located on 160th Street, in Section 29, Township 66 N, Range 33 W, Nodaway County, Missouri, over Honey Creek. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Nodaway County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 4%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
