The Project Will Consist of the Replacement of Seven (7) Existing Rooftop Units and Associated Elements Located on the Roof of 2902 Castlevale Road Suite B, Yakima, Wa 98902. The District Invites You to Submit Your Firm's Qualifications for Required Engineering Services Are: Provide Esd 105 With Support Through the Design, Bid, and Construction Phases of the Project. the Project is a Federally Funded Head Start Early Learning Center. The Building is a Former Elementary School With a Built Up Asphalt Roof. Anticipated Construction Budget is Approximately $500,000. Include Any Additional Information That Makes You Uniquely Qualified to Assist the District. (30%) 2. Identify Other Clients for Which You Have Performed Similar Services. (20%) 3. Identify Personnel Who Will Have the Responsibility for the Projects. Include Names, Titles, Experience and Resumes. (Separate Resumes Will Not Be Counted Within the Maximum Number of Pages Allowed for the Rfq Submittal) (20%) 4. Provide a List of the Professional Engineers and Other Consultants That You Propose for Your Team and a Summary of Their Relevant Experience. (10%) 5. List Professional References and Testimonials From Public Agency Clients. (10%) 6. Other Information That You Feel Differentiates Your Firm From Others.
