Site work for a water / sewer project in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the replacement of the dewatering system at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Biosolids Building and other work, all to be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Site Address: 2220 E. Viola Avenue, Yakima WA 98901 Est. Value: $ 8,400,000.00 No access will be permitted outside of this time. A short, guided tour of the project will occur shortly thereafter. The remainder of the walkthrough period may be utilized by prospective bidders to investigate the project area. As needed, an addendum will be prepared following each walkthrough incorporating any significant questions or clarifications prompted by the walkthrough. During bidding, the site may not be accessed by prospective bidders outside of the pre-bid walkthrough periods.
