Site work and paving for a civil project in Hebron, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project consists of 4" Mill and Fill on Sigler Street from Washington Street to 85ft west of US 231 and Washington Street from Sigler Street to Church Street. Additionally, 1140 LFT of new storm sewer pipe, inlet and manhole structures and gravel, concrete, grass restoration, ADA ramp replacement and other incidental work within the Town of Hebron. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. General Specifications, description and conditions upon which the bid proposal is to be based are on file for examination at the office of the Engineer, Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. 17 N. Washington Street, Valparaiso, IN 46383. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
