Collection and Disposal of Residential Refuse, Bulk Trash, Yard Waste and Recyclable Materials Bids Must Be Made on the Forms Furnished by the Township and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Licensed to Conduct Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the Amount of at Least Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Price Bid, Including Any Option Years, Made Payable to the Bethel Township Bid Security Shall Be Valid and Binding for a Ninety (90) Day Period After the Date of the Opening of the Bids. Award of Contract, if a Contract is Awarded, Will Be to the Lowest Responsible Bidder, but the Township Reserves the Unqualified Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids. Bidders may bid on any alternative proposals shown on the bid sheet. In analyzing the bids and awarding the Contract, the Township may take into consideration any of the alternates as shown on the official Bid Sheet.
