Renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Security Upgrades 3148 Gateway Street Springfield, OR 97477 The Contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the interior security upgrades of a postal facility for the Postal Service, including all incidental work described in the Contract Documents. Upgrade existing enterprise physical access control system (ePACS). Replace legacy card readers and supplement existing card readers to meet USPS standard design criteria (SDC). Provide training and associated hardware required for a fully functional ePACS system. Install new intercom system. Remove abandoned CCTV equipment and replace existing ISIP CCTV system with 2023 USPS CCTV standards. Various site and building modifications to support ePACS, including truck portals, fencing, gates, and new main employee entrance security vestibule. All work in accordance with drawings, USPS standard design criteria 2023-1, re-4, and re-5 standards. All work shall be in accordance with applicable codes and local regulations that may apply. In case of conflict in or between the Contract Documents and a governing code or ordinance, the more stringent standard shall apply.
