Description: The 2024 Maintenance Hole Rehabilitation Project consists of 22 minor adjustment of maintenance holes at various locations in Springfield. Construction activities involves saw-cutting around existing maintenance holes, removal of existing pavement, replacing maintenance hole frame and lid, and resetting frame and lid in new early-strength concrete to match existing road grade to create a smooth travel surface. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this Invitation to Bid is Tuesday May 14th, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Contact with other City officials may be grounds for disqualification of the bid.
