Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Cold Storage Wood Prefabricated Building not exceeding 4,999 Sq. Ft. Pre-Qualification: Yes The Work includes approximately 5,000 s.f. one story, 20' sidewall height, wood pole, storage building not exceeding 4999 s.f., The foundation system pressure treated wood columns on cast-in-place concrete footings. Exterior walls are constructed of wood columns and wall girts with pre-finished metal panels approximately 20' in height. Roof framing is of shop fabricated wood trusses. The roofing system is pre-finished metal panels with vapor retarder/insulation system. There are no windows. Exterior doors are in-swinging 36" wide doors, and overhead sectional doors with vision glazing sized approximately at 18' x 18'. Any questions, potential problems, suspected inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Contract Documents must be brought to the City's attention immediately. Substantial corrections may result in re-letting the Project for bids. Changes or clarifications may be made by the City by Addenda to Bidders and each Addendum shall be considered part of the Contract Documents. The successful Bidder may not assert any claim against the City arising out of its failure to bring to the attention of the City any matter which should reasonably have been discovered by the Bidder prior to the submission of its Bid.
