The County of Frontenac (County) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for preventative maintenance and service on HVAC air handling units at 2069 Battersea Road. The submission shall include as a minimum: SERVICE CHECKLIST FOR THE HEATING SEASON: Check control operation and electrical connections Check shafts and bearings for wear Check heat exchanger for corrosion, cracks, or holes Check dampers and mechanical operation Check fan operation and condition Clean heat exchanger coils Check belt wear and tension Kitchen unit AHU-05 check the combustion air blower and clean as necessary. SERVICE FOR THE COOLING SEASON: Check unit controls for proper operation Check condensate piping for any blockages Clean evaporator and condenser coils Pressure wash condensers annually Check fans and motor bearings for wear Verify all dampers and mechanics are working properly Check shafts for wear Check gaskets around control panel doors Check terminal connections General inspection for anything unusual Check refrigerant levels Refrigerant leak test on all roof-top units, as per Federal regulations Glycol ADDITIONAL Supply and change filters Inspections Question Deadline: Mon Jun 24, 2024 2:00 PM (EDT)
