Site work and paving for a civil project in Wolcott, Vermont. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Per the owner, as of August 2, 2024, this project is in the early stages of preliminary design. The owner states that funding is only currently secured to complete the preliminary design by the end of 2024. A design team has been hired to complete the preliminary design Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........ SCOPE OF WORK The LCPC is assisting the Town of Wolcott in retaining the services of a qualified consulting team with experience in environmental and/or civil engineering to complete the scope of work outlined below. Project Completion December 15, 2024 All questions should be sent to Meghan Rodier (meghan@lcpcvt.org) by May 22nd , 2024. All questions will be answered and posted to the LCPC website by May 24th, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The State of Vermont has set a goal of achieving at least ten percent (10%) participation by DBE firms in the dollar value of contracts awarded. The LCPC retains the right to reject any and all proposals received,
