Site work for a water / sewer project in Wolcott, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: Project consists of replacement of all system galvanized water mains and services with HDPE pipe/tubing, sized to minimize friction loss and create system looping for enhanced system hydraulics and improved operability. Main line loop tie in points will be within valve vaults, with individual services installed with curb stops. Existing water pedestal spigots will be replaced with ADA-compliant Water Stands. The project also involves upgrades to the system pumphouse to provide for a standby disinfection system with contact time via Wellmate UT/CT Baffle tanks, replacement of the system well pump, simplified plumbing, and better access to building electrical panels. A new backflow preventer and HDPE service will be installed for service to an existing private residence valve vault.
