Flash Mixer Installation 4. Flocculator Installation 5. Sludge Removal Equipment Installation 6. Filter Media Replacement 7. Demolition 8. Painting, Door & Roof Replacement 9. Misc. Electrical The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond for one hundred (100%) of the bid amount and a Payment Bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the bid amount and must secure his bond from a bonding company's representative or agent in the State of Alabama. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening bids has passed. The Owner reserves the right to holdthe bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving Bids. The Supplier is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 365 Consecutive Calendar Days Total and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension Oftime in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages.
