Site work and renovation of a civil project in Homewood, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of constructing Wastewater Lagoon Upgrades, CWSRF Project No. CS010923-01 will be let under one Contract, the principal items of work are detailed herein below. 1. Headworks Rehabilitation 2. Septage Dump Station 3. Lagoon Aeration 4. Lagoon Baffle Curtains 5. Effluent Pump Replacement 6. UV Installation 7. Demolition The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 365 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages.
