The MRC de Charlevoix-Est reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and incurs no liability towards the bidder(s). The MRC may overlook any formal defects and minor defects that the submission may contain. The MRC is not required to provide reasons for the acceptance or rejection of any submission. It further reserves the right to cancel this call for tenders and reject all bids received.
