Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Bid Issuance # 01 comprises the abatement and demolition of Engineering Units A, B, and C, Sackett 1975 Wings, and Kunkle Lounge. It also includes the abatement of the core Sackett Building, temporary utilities, site controls, and the necessary Support of Excavation to complete all structure demolition. Bids for the various portions of the project will be priced separately and awarded upon corresponding PA Department of General Services Delegation Agreements with Penn State. Abatement and demolition of Engineering Units A, B, and C will be the first award, along with temporary utilities, site controls, and the necessary Support of Excavation as specified in the Scopes of Work.
