Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Provisions for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 1 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before July 19, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 2 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before October 30, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
