During the term of this contract at their own expense, the contractor shall provide copies of Comprehensive Liability Insurance and a letter of Good Standing with the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). These are to be submitted within seven (14) days of award of contract. 2. The Contractor must maintain in full force and effect comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury (including death) and property damage in an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00 CAD) inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss thereof. 3. The policy shall name the Rural Municipality as an additional insured and provide for the Rural Municipality to be given 30 days' written notice prior to cancellation of the policy. 4. Nothing contained in any policy of insurance required or provided in accordance with the contract shall in any way limit the liability of the contractor under the contract or otherwise. 5. During the term of the contract at its own expense, the contractor shall provide and maintain in full force and effect third party liability insurance for bodily injury (including death) and property damage in an amount not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00 CAD) inclusive limit for any one occurrence on all vehicles and equipment used by the contractor under the contract.
