Renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasantville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes but is not limited to provide interior acoustical ceiling tile and grid suspension system, interior and exterior acoustical wall panels and ceiling panels, and painting work as indicated on construction documents. Provide mechanical and electrical modifications impacted by the work.Bids shall be on a total lump sum basis for the base contract as listed in the Form of Proposal listed on Page C-1 of the Project Manual. Each bid when submitted shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, on the form furnished with the Bid Forms and other Contract Documents, for a sum of ten (10) percent of the total bid amount (said Bid Bond not to exceed $20,000). Each bid shall also be accompanied by such other documents and information as are required by the Bid Documents. Bids shall be on a total lump sum basis for the base contract as listed in the Form of Proposal listed on Page C-1 of the Project Manual. The Atlantic County Improvement Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
