**As of April 23, 2024, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. ** 2024 Roof Replacement Project Pleasantville Recreation Center This fee will be refunded to the unsuccessful Bidder if requested by the Bidder within 45 days of the notice that the Contract has not been awarded and upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition. If the project is awarded, no fees will be refunded. These fees will be used for proposal preparation. (40A:11-24b). Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent [10%] of the amount bid for the project, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The City of Pleasantville reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids received.
