Scope of Work: Install mechanical A/C split unit systems at each site for the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) rooms. Both schools will be awarded as one project. Contractors Desiring to Bid on This Work Shall Be Contractors Presently Licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and Shall Maintain a Valid Contractor's License for the Duration of the Construction Project. In Addition, Any and All Subcontractors That Will Be Utilized by the Contractor Shall Also Be Presently Licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and Shall Maintain a Valid License for the Duration of the Construction Project. All Licensing Requirements as Specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (Nrs) Chapter 624 Shall Also Be Strictly Adhered to. Contractors Shall Also Carry and Provide Evidence of Required Insurance Liability Coverage as Specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as Identified in Section 00800 - Supplementary General Conditions. The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance of a "Notice to Proceed". Work shall be completed on or before January 3, 2025.
