The Town of Garner (Town) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation (following manufacturers' recommendations) of dog waste stations, drinking fountains, grills, and ash/coal bins in Town parks. This RFP states the instructions for submitting proposals, the specifications for the work, and the procedure and criteria by which a Contractor may be selected.
