Section 22-0034-00-BR removing the existing structure and constructing of a new three span PPC Deck Beam Bridge, 82'-0" back to back, 42'-0" out to out reconstructing the roadway, water main relocation and other related work on Harrison Street approximately 700 feet east of South 24th Street in the City of Quincy. The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past.
