Main St Fredericksburg, TX 78624 Email: kkneese@fbgtx.org Phone: (830) 997-7521 The Hollmig Lane Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project generally includes the construction of 1,345 ft of gravity and 2,843 ft force main sanitary sewer lines within Hollmig Lane. The project includes the installation of pipe (gravity and force main), fittings, and manholes. The construction type is by open cut trench and 259 ft boring, as well as necessary street repairs in accordance with the specifications and details set forth in these bid documents. Construction of these items shall include labor, material, traffic control (if necessary), equipment and any other necessary incidentals needed to complete the construction. Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bidder's maximum bid price, as described in Section 00100 - Instructions to Bidders. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as described in Section 00700 - General Conditions. The City of Fredericksburg reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
