The New Bedford Housing Authority invites Contractors to submit Bids for Mansard & Low Slope Roof Replacement at Bourne St 705-2 State Aided Development, 51 Bourne Street, New Bedford, MA 02740, in accordance with the documents prepared by Studio Umbra LLC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of low slope and mansard roofing, including trims, flashings, roof hatch and skylights and related work as specified within the contract documents. Construction estimated: $468,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the category of Roofing and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility & signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit of the greatest possible bid amount (including alternates) & made payable to New Bedford Housing Authority. Minority Participation Goal 15.3% Women Participation Goal 6.9%
