Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Confusion Corner Streetscaping (i) Southwest Corner of Pembina Hwy and Osborne St Intersection. (b) Miscellaneous Transit Stop Improvements (i) Abinojii Mikanah (Westbound) - Abinojii Mikanah / De La Seigneurie Blvd Intersection and Abinojii Mikanah / Island Shore Blvd Intersection (ii) Kenaston Boulevard - Kenaston Blvd and Commerce Dr / Rothwell Rd Intersection (iii) Pembina Highway - Pembina Hwy and Bison Dr / Chancelor Matheson Rd Intersection The Contractor shall commence the Work on Site no later than July 29, 2024, as directed by the Contract Administrator and weather permitting. The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by October 18, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
