Renovation of an educational facility in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,620-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Overview The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to fit up Farnum Hall on the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) campus in Concord, NH. Farnum Hall is approximately 9,444 GSF and the work includes preconstruction services, bidding and negotiation of work, management of construction, commissioning and startup of building systems and project closeout. The proposed work will include the demolition of interior walls and building systems and reconstruction of interior spaces and systems. Work will be coordinated with USNH and NHTI staff. USNH has engaged the services of HL Turner to provide AE services for the fit up. DESCRIPTION These General Requirements are intended to complement the University System of New Hampshire ConsensusDocs Standard Agreement and General Conditions (the Agreement) . The Agreement, Supplemental Conditions, if required, and Division 1 Specifications of this Contract shall apply to each and every contract and contractor or other person or persons supplying labor, material, equipment and/or services entering into this Project and/or on the premises directly or indirectly. Work Included in this Contract: Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, etc., as required to complete all Work identified in or otherwise required by the Contract Documents. Work Excluded from this Contract: Work noted as "Not in Contract" (N.I.C.) or "By Owner". However, the Contractor shall provide services and coordination related to items not in the Contract as required by the Contract Documents. Deadline for written questions 06/24/2024 at 12:00 p.m. Response to questions by 06/26/2024. Payment and Performance Bonds: (required on all projects of $100,000 or greater) Awarded firm will be expected to provide payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract sum, as security for the faithful performance of its contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith. The bonds shall be drawn and have as surety a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The bonds shall be worded exactly like the bonds referenced in these documents.
