Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Webster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,400-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Bids requested on a new home according to the instructions below: This new home, one story, 28' x 50' (1,400 Sq. Ft) with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, will be sold to a bidder over a minimum bid of $83,000. The house is located at Webster High School, Webster, WI on the west side of 5-12 school property. Following are the features of this home: 1. Engineered to be moved using a full span floor truss system. 2. 2x6 exterior wall construction with closed cell spray foam insulation. 3. Engineered roof truss system with closed cell spray foam at heel to plate connection. 4. 1/2" OSB used on the roof sheathing. 5. 7/16" OSB used on wall sheathing. 6. Walls and ceilings in bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway are 1/2" drywall, professionally taped and primed with white latex primer. 7. Vaulted kitchen, dining and great room with prefinished end matched tongue and groove rustic pine ceiling. 8. Ceiling insulated with minimum R-50 of blown cellulose 9. LP SmartSide Siding and LP Smart Trim on exterior of house, DiamondKote 30 year No Fade Warranty. 10. Aluminum soffits and fascia (Rollex brand). 11. High performance insulated Andersen windows, Northern Low E and Argon-Filled, with screens throughout. 12. Matching Andersen sliding French door. 13. Insulated color matched steel entry door with 3/4 window and metal clad jambs. 14. Gas fireplace with cultured stone. 15. Custom alder cabinets with soft close hardware in kitchen and baths. 16. Roof is shingled with GAF 30 year architectural shingles. 17. Electrical supervised by certified master electrician. All 15-amp circuits are wired with 14-2 or 14-3 wire and all 20-amp circuits are wired with 12-2 wire, 14-3 wire is used to connect all 3-way switches. 200-amp service panel. Electrical outlets and switches installed. 18. Rough plumbing completed by certified master plumber. 19. HVAC ductwork is roughed in with cold air returns and floor vents. Grills are provided. 20. Structure, framing, insulation, plumbing, roofing, and electrical rough-ins inspected by Wisconsin certified UDC inspector. House must have a final inspection once placed in its final municipality before occupancy. **The following work still needs to be completed or compensated to the buyer; pine vaulted ceiling, electrical outlets and switches, front entry door, and siding. This house is not equipped with a heating plant and has roughed in plumbing only. The house is sold as is and needs to be placed on a basement or crawl space. The house does not have counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring, interior doors, or casing. This house is open for viewing by appointment only. If, after submitting the bid on the house, the successful bidder decides not to purchase the house, the ten (10) percent bid bond will be forfeited. The house must be paid for in full before removal from the school district premises. Removal must be no later than Thursday, August 22, 2024. It is recommended that bidders have their plans for site development and moving finalized prior to submitting a bid. Moving costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The School District of Webster Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
