Renovation of a recreation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for Cascade Crest HVAC Upgrade for the Oregon Zoo. The principal scope of work is to replace two roof top units that have been operating past their useful life. Two new split system heat pump units are schedule to support use of each respective space not previously optimized. The Zoo recently replaced the campus Building Automation System to Delta Controls. As part of this HVAC upgrade the building controller shall also be upgraded.
