The work required for this project will include removal of existing soil management cap and fabric barrier and storage cap material for future use, removal and disposal of contaminated soil, backfill and compaction of structural fill material, and other work required by the contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project as described. Estimated total construction cost is $1,700,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid. Surety company(s) must be listed on the Circular 570 (Department of the Treasury's Listing of Approved Sureties). All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. All work performed on this project will be subject to the prevailing wage laws of the State of Washington and all contractors must file and comply with these laws and shall pay all associated fees.
