Renovate Ortho Clinical - Squire Hall - Mechanical/HVAC The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 365 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, starting on or after the University's Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller. Prospective bidders shall examine the Bidding and Contract Documents carefully and, before bidding, shall make written request to University Procurement Services for an interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which should be discovered by a reasonably prudent bidder.
