As an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center, Roswell Park consists of a wide range of different occupancies and sensitivities. Renovation is a continual process requiring expertise from Design Professionals (DP) that is current and relevant to the occupancies involved in any given Project. The approximately $15,000,000 annual facilities capital budget allows for the renovations necessary to accommodate new research initiatives, clinical needs and/or infrastructure improvements. Roswell Park is soliciting competitive proposals for professional design and consultant services from all disciplines for the construction, alteration, rehabilitation, maintenance, and renovation of various spaces and systems on its campus. As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park intends to award multiple zero-dollar term Agreements to DPs in varying disciplines and subject matter areas to provide the proposed Services. Each successful DP will sign an Agreement for a three (3) year initial term (the "Term") which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by Roswell Park is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term. The award of a zero-dollar term Resultant Agreement does not constitute nor shall it be construed as a guarantee of work to any DP.
