The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting market research for the Parking Ramp Expansion Minor construction project at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. This project was previously solicited under RFP 36C77625R0023 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside but was cancelled due to proposal pricing exceeding the VA's approved budget. The VA has reviewed the requirement and current market pricing, and the target ceiling for award is approximately $24 million to $25 million. No guarantee is made that additional funds will be available. Location: Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
