Renovation of a transportation facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The selected contractor will be required to perform a full replacement of Fredericksburg Regional Transit's existing Water-filling stations at Fredericksburg Regional Transit's Central, Maintenance, and Operations Facilities. Site locations can be found below All labor, materials, and management/oversight will be included as part of the vendor's quote. The requirements to complete this scope of services includes, but is not limited to: 1.) FXBGO! currently has a total of eight (8) water filling stations located at three (3) locations. Contractor is required to remove and dispose of the current eight (8) water filling stations. Contractor is to supply and install five (5) water-filling stations located at three (3) FXBGO! facilities. Of a brand name or equal to a ELKAY. (equivalent must be approved by FXBGO!). Where dual water fountains currently are located will install a single unit water filling station in its place. 2.) Modification to existing drain line(s). 3.) Contractor shall obtain and pay for all construction permits, licenses, and certificates of occupancy 4.) Contactor must be able to be complaint with the Davis Bacon Act. 5.) All work and related work for site cleanup and site restoration (ex. repair, restore, and repaint of any wall damage). 6.) See attachments for additional information. 7.) Project is required to include a one-year (1) warranty. Proposed Project Term : One (1) Month
