Bid is Rejection All contractor Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted ten (10) days before the bid opening, to Shawna Pateiro, Purchasing Buyer, at spateiro@dunedinfl.net, prior to 2:00 p.m., local time. The work generally consists of Removal of existing sidewalk pavers, concrete curb and landscaping, with associated clearing and grubbing, new concrete curb, Superpave asphaltic concrete, electrical conduit, wiring, fixtures and pull boxes, landscaping and irrigation, pavement markings, traffic signal loops and maintenance of traffic. The Engineers Estimate for the project is $471,577.09 Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or a cashiers check or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The City of Dunedin, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities, to re-advertise and to award the Contract in its best interest. The time allotted for this project is 60 days for substantial completion. The City will not respond to RFIs submitted after that date. The City will process the requests and respond within a timely manner.
