Reference Number 0000354065 Job Location: 100 Mikaela Way OVERVIEW: The Town of Avon, Colorado (Town) is soliciting proposals for design, purchase, installation, and future management of an audio, visual, video conference system for the Town's Council Chambers. The system design must integrate with the local public TV station equipment, while still being simple for employees to manage their own video conferences. The Town's utilizes Microsoft Teams for phone / video conferences however it needs to accommodate Zoom and Google Meets platforms. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of the work is to design and install a system to accommodate the mixed uses of the room. The primary uses for the room are to host Town Council Meetings, Planning and Zoning meetings, and court. In addition, the room may be used for video conference meetings by employees or by public entities for standard meetings to include presentations. The Town Council meetings are broadcast by the local public TV station (High Five Media). The design must be integrated with High Five Media's equipment. The system must have the ability to capture audio recordings of all meetings. Internet service will be provided to the system, but will not be directly connected to the Town's network due to security policies.
