Reference Number 0000379297 Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years The Town of Avon seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional Land Survey services. The Town anticipates a variety of improvements needing land survey services over the next three years which are not fully designed or identified at this time. The desired Firm will be able to provide professional, responsive, innovative, and cost-effective services to the Town. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Scope of Services will vary as needs arise and will be at the discretion of the Town. Provide land survey services for various projects at the request of Town staff. The request for services may include: Perform land and boundary surveys on existing private and public properties; Conduct boundary, easement, and ROW research and analysis Determine of property boundaries, easements, and ROWs based on legal descriptions Provide land and boundary survey exhibits and plans; Firm services will be on an as-needed, on-call basis. Firm services will be authorized by separate contract(s). The Firm is responsible for acknowledging receipt of requests for services within two (2) working days. Contracts may vary significantly in size and scope and will be determined in greater detail as each task order is assigned. The Firm will be responsible for preparing a detailed scope and fee estimate for each contract request. The Town may accept the Firm's scope and fee or negotiate with the Firm, as appropriate. The Town reserves the right to not accept the Firm's scope and fee.
