Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Avon, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 6, 2025, the project was awarded to FNF Construction , with an awarded amount of $2,364,452.59.** The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: . * Installation of a full sized synthetic multipurpose sports field. * Site improvements and associated earth work * Parking lot and sidewalk construction . * Landscape improvements . * New pedestrian path and signage . * Spectator seating area Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The District is open to negotiate the completion date of the project if needed. The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened.
