Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Avon, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: o Removal of existing crusher fine path and prep subgrade o Installation and compaction of 4" of road base and prep o Installation and compaction of 3" of asphalt paving o Installation of 1' road base shoulder Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The anticipated construction window for this project is from June 15, 2025 - July 31, 2025. The District is open to negotiate the completion date of the project if needed. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids
