Reference Number 0000390211 This CDOT Local Agency Project will install rectangular rapid flashing beacons and reconstruct curb ramps to meet ADA compliancy at nine pedestrian crossings on Avon Rd from the I-70 Interchange to US-6 in the Town of Avon. The estimated Construction Start date is September 2, 2025 and will conclude Fall 2025. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Proposal guaranty shall be a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Contractor's total bid.
