The Scope Also Includes, the Repair and Restoration of All Existing Windows and Doors, Reglazing, Repairing and Patching Dry Rot and Deteriorated Wood of Frames, Sashes, and Mutins. Priming and Painting, 2 Coats All Exterior Wood Siding and Windows. The Scope Also Includes the Removal Of the Concrete Porch/landing in Cottage No. 1 to Be Rebuilt W/ New Ada Accessible Ramp and Handrails. Also, to Remove All Interior Wood Paneling in Ceiling/walls and Install New Beadboard Paneling. Priming And Painting, 2 Coats All Interior Walls, Ceilings, Windows, and Doors, Installation of New Door Hardware, Repairing Existing Cabinetry, in Cottage No. 1. Also, Repair of Existing Heart Pine Flooring, Base Board Trim and Moldings, and Other Finishes, as Needed for Flooring Repairs. Contractor to Also Include The Installation of New Outdoor Pavilion, Concrete Sidewalks and Landscaping, as Detailed.
