Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Crest Hill Memorial Park OSLAD Grant Development Work will include installation of asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curb, playground equipment, engineered wood fiber, sand surfacing, site furniture, drainage, and restoration work. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside "Crest Hill Memorial Park OSLAD Grant Development" and addressed to Bill Riordan, Executive Director at the Park District Office. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requirements apply. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids. Successful contract bidders are also encouraged to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, "Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development" (OSLAD) grant program. The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
