Furnishing Of All Necessary Permits, Labor, Material, And Services Necessary For: Contract 24-20 Williams Avenue Water Main Replacement Cj05ab (The "Project"), As More Fully Described In The Contract Documents Prepared By City Of Hamilton (Design Professional"). Bids Will Not Be Accepted After This Time. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Guaranty In The Form Of Either A Bid Guaranty And Contract Bond For The Full Amount Of The Bid (Including All Add Alternates) Or A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Or An Irrevocable Letter Of Credit In An Amount Equal To 10% Of The Bid (Including All Add Alternates), As Described In The Instructions To Bidders. This Is An Ohio Prevailing Wage Project. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After The Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves The Right To Waive Irregularities In Bids, To Reject Any Or All Bids, And To Conduct Such Investigation As Necessary To Determine The Lowest And Best Responsible Bidder(S). In General, The Improvements On Which Proposals Are Requested Will Be As Described Below: O 1,305 Lineal Feet Of 16" Ductile Iron Water Main, O 970 Lineal Feet Of 8" Ductile Iron Water Main, O 6 Fire Hydrants, O Reconnection Of 57 Existing Water Services To The Proposed Mains With New Services And Curb Boxes, O And Other Appurtenances Necessary To Complete The Project.
