Demolition and site work for a residential development in Sainte-Flavie, Quebec. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Reference number: 20017239 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-09-16 The municipality of Sainte-Flavie invites you to bid on the demolition of 12 homes and the restoration of their respective lots. Here is the list of residences: 112 rue Poirier; 104 rue Langlois; 192, 210, 238, 252, 260, 268, 398, 420, 426 (except the dependence) and 698 route de la Mer. It should be noted that most of the work must be completed by the end of November 2024. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure the safety of his worksite, including public and road safety. The work includes: Complete demolition of the residence Demolition of concrete floor Disposal of concrete waste Disposal of wood waste Backfill with natural gravel or MG 112 Finishing the site (a layer of vegetation at least 4 inches thick above the backfill and any surfaces damaged by the work) Clear water and sewer services (services will be shut off by the Municipality at the same time).
