Renovation of a municipal facility in Sainte-Flavie, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference number: 20053172 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-14 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 2 Description of work: The work consists of, but is not limited to, repairing the presbytery roof: - Dismantle shingles, including dormers - Installing a damp-proof membrane - Install sheet metal, including dormers. - Patch both chimneys. - Supply and install chimney flashings. - Supply and install vent flashing. - Upon acceptance by the client, supply and repair any contingencies. - Dispose of shingles and other construction debris. The contractor must ensure compliance with public health and safety standards. The presbytery is a three-storey building measuring 42 X 30 feet. The dormers are about three feet above the presbytery on the SOUTH and NORTH sides. Work can start in April 2025. We ask that the work be completed before 1 June 2025. No work may be carried out after 23 June 2025.
