Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Twentynine Palms, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Reference Number 0000354071 The City of Twentynine Palms received State Only MPO funding as part of ATP Cycle 6 funding for PA&ED, ROW, PS&E and Construction phases of the Hatch Road and Sullivan Road Bike Path project. The segment is an east-west corridor located south of Twentynine Palms Highway (SR-62) on Sullivan Road and Hatch Road between Morongo Road and Amboy Road. Once completed, the segment will include 2.1 miles of paved shoulders to provide Class II bike lanes and a pedestrian walking area. The city received funding allocation from the California Transportation Commission (CTC) for the PA&ED phase which must be completed prior to receiving allocation for the other phases. The selected consultant will receive a Professional Services Agreement to perform the PA&ED phase only with an option to include ROW and PS&E once allocation is received. An addendum will be issued to the Agreement if allocation is received and the City elects to proceed with the selected Consultant. Respondents must provide pricing for each phase separately.
