Construction of a new 486 sf, single story, contact (registration) building in same location as a previous building that has been demolished. New building is a wood, stick-framed, insulated building with wood roof trusses and cement board siding. Base bid will include asphalt shingles and an alternate for standing metal seam roof. Building program includes covered entry porch, entry area, service counter area, office, and barrier free toilet with mop sink. Mechanical mini-split systems service the interior spaces and exhaust fan for the toilet. Plumbing will tie into the existing well service and shut off valves and serves the toilet, sink, mop sink, bottle filler, eye wash, and exterior hose bib. Plumber will be responsible to tie the new sanitary line from building into the existing sanitary line, which is currently capped less than 10' from the proposed building. A new electrical service and meter will support all building, mechanical, and plumbing power needs, lighting, and technology. Power will be run from a nearby consumers energy power line.
