Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project scope includes the construction of a standalone restroom building in Wenzel Family Plaza which includes but is not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, steel, rough carpentry, roofing, insulation, doors, frames, hardware, painting, signage, toilet accessories, concrete, earthwork, landscaping and site restoration Contractor questions may be directed to The Boson Company, Inc. (715) 384-3184, Diane Hellmann- Sainterme, diane@bosonco.com OWNER and shall reserve the right to waive irregularities should it be needed. All Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after bid opening. Selection of final bid is at the sole discretion of the OWNER and shall reserve the right to waive irregularities should it be needed. All Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after bid opening. If a bid is accepted, the contractor will execute and file the proper contracts with The Boson Company, Inc. within 10 days after it is awarded.
