The project consists of the Historic Courthouse roof and HVAC replacement in accordance Award Date June 11, 2024 at 9:00 AM CDT Attorney-in-fact who signs bids or contract bonds must file with each bond a certified and current copy of the power of attorney For a contract in excess of $25,000, a Payment Bond shall be executed in the amount of the contract solely for the protection of all claimants supplying labor or furnishing the material used on this project. Refugio County reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of Refugio County.
