**As of May 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Hydro Resources – Mid Continent, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,576,370.00.** Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Installing a New Water Well, Chain Link Security Fence with Barbed Wire and Double Swing Gate, Brush Clearing and Disposal, RCPs, Street Excavation, Limestone Flexible Base, Geogrid, Prime Coat, and Two Course Surface Treatment. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the County of Refugio or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. All contractors and subcontractors must be cleared (not suspended or debarred) prior to any formal action authorizing the award of a contract to the contractor. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. The County of Refugio reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 04/09/2025
