Renovation of a municipal facility in York, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 2, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. York County is interested in receiving sealed bids for performing all work necessary to complete all specified work for Planning Building Renovations. The Work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals; and of performing all work necessary to complete all specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled Planning Building Renovations. The work generally consists of site work, exterior architecture finish work and water heater replacement. Site includes removal of existing concrete curbs and replacing with new in-kind on entire site. New concrete handicap ramp with new HC parking striping, wheel stops and required signage. The building Architectural work will include replacement of roof fascia board, soffit, and frieze board with associated trim. At all Gable ends, all circular gable vents are to be replaced including trim. At all entrances into the building, replace decorative columns, and handrails including handrails at HC ramp. All exterior steps at entrances are to be resurfaced to a smooth non-skid finish. and performing all work necessary to complete all specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled Planning Building Renovations.
